व्याख्या:- भारतीय सेना 26 से 29 सितंबर तक कोलकाता में “विजय सांस्कृतिक महोत्सव” का आयोजन करेगी। यह महोत्सव भारत-पाक युद्ध 1971 की स्वर्ण जयंती के उपलक्ष्य में मनाया जाएगा। इस कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन पूर्वी कमान के सेना कमांडर लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल मनोज पांडे करेंगे। इस कार्यक्रम के दौरान फिल्म स्क्रीनिंग, थिएटर नाटक, संगीत समारोह और बैंड प्रदर्शन सहित विभिन्न सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाएंगे। यह भारत-पाक युद्ध की स्वर्ण जयंती के उपलक्ष्य में स्वर्णिम विजय वर्षा समारोह के हिस्से के रूप में आयोजित किया जाएगा। / Indian Army will organize “Vijay Cultural Festival” in Kolkata from 26 to 29 September. This festival will be celebrated to commemorate the golden jubilee of Indo-Pak war 1971. The event will be inaugurated by Lt Gen Manoj Pandey, Army Commander, Eastern Command. Various cultural programs including film screenings, theater plays, music festivals and band performances will be organized during the event.
