1. Overview
At YOP Education, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and returns policy below.
2. Returns
- Eligibility: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Gift cards (if applicable)
- Downloadable software products (if applicable)
- Some health and personal care items (if applicable)
4. Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at yopeducation@gmail.com. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship Your Item: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure we receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be eligible for partial refunds.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at yopeducation@gmail.com.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at yopeducation@gmail.com.
8. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
